Our Return To Base (RTB) Warranty is automatically included for 12 months.
This includes telephone support or you can opt for our professional installation which includes priority telephone support.
Pay-As-You-Go engineer call-out.
On-site business WiFi support is provided by our Call-Out service, which is available to cover faulty system components.
This is available on a pay-as-you-go basis, and can be initiated through Telephone Support, allowing you to pay for the support you need when you need it.
Alternatively, if you are looking for a fixed cost WiFi support service, opt for our fixed Annual Support Package, which may cost less than two site visits.

For real time monitoring and reporting on all key components in your solution we recommend this option.
Monitoring can be accessed locally on the gateway controller and remotely on a 24/7 basis at our operations centre.
